moonbathsmarch was an odd month for me, life wise so I've read a lot, watched a lot of svu, and played some video games but very little music listening or writing done this month I fear.

Law & Order SVU watch: seasons 13-18
the post stabler era has finally found its footing I think and I'm certainly enjoying Olivia taking the leadership position
Shadow & Bone seasons 1 & 2
oh this gave me about 2 weeks worth of brain rot. I do not think I will read these books, however. Let me live in tv adaptation bliss.

Highlights this month:
Down and Dirty & Down in Flames by Parker St. John
Really good angsty cowboys that's actually difficult to come by in MM romance! St. John writes vividly gritty imagery for these cowboys that I think is pretty rare for romance and it works really well for this series. Some injury descriptions actually icked me out so bad I had to skim but kudos for realism, honestly.
I started the famous (in MM circles) Lily Mayne's Monsterous series and oh does it deserve all the hype. I think it's the best monster books I've ever read. I hardly read complete series, but I'm glad I started from the beginning here. I've read the first 3 and am currently on the 4, I highly recommend.
